In this session, Laura will hold a compassionate space to learn about you and your specific needs. We will discuss your health history, lifestyle, diet and wellness goals. She will also evaluate your breathing and movement. You'll leave with a simple practice to do for the next week or so. During that time she will create a complete yoga practice that you'll learn at your next appointment. At your third appointment in about 2 weeks, we will check on your progress, and make any adjustments that are needed
